Hester White is the best! She knew just how much to cut off to give me lift without over cutting. She is very careful of cutting less first then letting you decide to go shorter. Amazing I have been going to her for over 18 yrs. Never disappointed. Thank you Hester PS: Hester has been there I think she said it will be 38 years!)

As usual I enjoyed my visit to "Cost Cutters" for my Perm! They are located on Hwy 6 & Austin Prwy in Sugar Land. Ms Sylvia is my Stylist. And she is the best! She knows how I want my Perm done... right down to the size of rods to use! She is sincere and kind as we discuss our family & social events. As women, we have similar experiences. And she is very wise. Each time I come I need a Paul Mitchell Product... Sylvia knows & has it ready at check out! I'm disabled... so Ms Sylvia assist me with my robe and offers her arm for me to steady myself as I walk to & from the shampoo bowl. I truly enjoy my visits to "Cost Cutters"! Thank you Sylvia!
